I havent been around the sneaker scene in a while, but I saw these today while browsing around nikesb.org and thought that these are dope and probably worth spending a good amount of money on when they are released(no set date yet). Problem is that they will only be available in Mexico.

The shoe is designed to commemorate the event De la Hoya/Chavez had in 1996 called Ultimate Glory, Mexico has had a huge amount of great fighters many are lead to believe that the sneakers represent them as well.

One wonders if they will also come out with an all green and all white version of the sneaker.

We all know that the iPhone has dominated the wireless competition for a while. everyone has come out with their little spurts of generic looking challengers to the iPhone.

At long last their is a phone to compete with the iPhone if not take it out ! The Blackberry Storm(previously called the Thunder) has been on several bloggers and "hype" websites for almost a year now and from the looks of things theirs good reason why. The Storm as announced recently is officially only going to be available to VERIZON WIRELESS customers and will be available by late November or early December just in time for the holidays. price for the Storm has not been set yet but has been rumored to retail at $199.99 with a 2 year contract.

Kanye West has just been arrested at LAX for felony vandalism. A still photographer was trying to take pics of Kanye at the American Airlines terminal. According to our guy on the scene, Kanye allegedly confronted the photographer and smashed his camera to the ground.

BlackBerry Thunder 9500 touchscreen smartphone should be coming soon to Verizon Wireless and Vodafone customers in the U.S. and Europe.

BlackBerry Thunder 9500 seems to become the first touchscreen smartphone in RIM's 9000 series. According to Wall Street Journal, the Canadian manufacturer will be offering the BlackBerry 9500 on Verizon Wireless and Vodafone networks, exclusively. Vodafone has a track record of getting BlackBerry smartphones exclusively in Europe, and an exclusive agreement will obviously also cause extra buzz for Verizon Wireless.

The BlackBerry Thunder 9500 is scheduled to hit store shelves in the third quarter of 2008, most likely in September. According to Wall Street Journal, the BlackBerry Thunder 9500 will ship with 3G support like the recently introduced BlackBerry Bold, but it's not currently known whether HSDPA and EV-DO versions will be released simultaneously. RIM has also worked hard to improve the battery life of its 9000 series of smartphones, which is kind of reassuring.

Just like the BlackBerry Bold, the RIM BlackBerry Thunder should come with a 624 MHz processor, which should be powerful enough to handle multitasking at least. What kind of graphical user interface the BlackBerry 9500 will be using is not yet known, but it will likely be a version of its recently introduced upgrade found in the Blackberry bold.

It would at least be quite a feat for RIM if they've been able to come up with two completely different user interfaces in two years, at the same time as for instance Microsoft has been working on its own Windows mobile 7 interface.

Since the latest incarnation of RIM's platform supports document editing, the BlackBerry 9500 could end up matching heavy-weights like the At&t tilt. However, that really depends on how RIM has chosen to design the BlackBerry 9500. It would have been cool to see a BlackBerry 9500 with a slide-out QWERTY thumbboard and a significantly larger screen with landscape mode than the standard 2.5-inch 65K screen we are used to.

Like the BlackBerry Bold, the RIM BlackBerry Thunder 9500 will most likely also get GPS services. According to Wall Street Journal, RIM has also been working on improving the browser experience, but we don't know whether that's specific to the BlackBerry 9500 or a comment on the recently released platform in general.

The BlackBerry Thunder 9500 will be available on Verizon Wireless and Vodafone networks in Q3 2008, and will most likely cost around $400 with a two-year contract.

I was with a couple of the Vegas dance heads the other night at Town Square, when I got a text about going up to the caves over by Durango. We decided to go up there obviously from the pictures.

It was pretty intense !

We went up there at around 1:45 a.m and dint leave till about maybe 3:45 a.m. Nice view and all but for some reason there was just a funny vibe about the whole just being up there that late.

It felt like someone was over there too with us but just watching us, I don't know about anyone else but it was a thrill to feel that just for a little while. Maybe its because we watched the movie "strangers" before going up there ? maybe that was it.

Hiroshi Fujiwara had a store called Readymade in the Harajuku area of Tokyo. Readymade's concept was all collabos, all the time. It was a brand that was based on the idea of collabos. One of the early collabos they worked on was with the legendary Japanese luggage company, Porter. The collabo proved to be so successful that the relationship eventually morphed into a full capsule collection dubbed "Headporter".

So this video is pretty old. Kobe Bryant Jumps over a car to promote his sneaker that should be released in the summer time. Hmmmmmm.. Did he really ? or was it just camera angle..

..Looks pretty fishy to me, but we'll give MVP the benefit of the doubt. But just to show you anyone can do it, TNT's own Kenny Smith promotes his own sneaker as well ! Enjoy !
